Dairy Cattle Finance – Refinance
By using this product it will allow you to refinance your existing herd of Dairy Cattle over a maximum of 4 years.
The great thing about this product is that it is different to most Livestock Loans which are not suitable for tenant farmers. Tenant Farmers can use this product as the lender will look to the value of the herd rather than supporting property / land values etc.
By refinancing your Dairy Herd, you can use the cash for any suitable purpose. Maybe this could be to allow you to fund the purchase of new Farm Buildings, Purchase Livestock or any other purpose.
This is a new product and as such will develop as it matures, but typically the lender will lend up to 75% of their valuation of your herd (up to 72 months old) over a maximum term of 4 years. Lending typically £15K – £500K.

Dairy Cattle Finance – New Herd Purchase
Should you wish to invest in new stock for your dairy herd, then this could be the product for you.
100% of the lender valuation of your purchase (not necessarily 100% of the sale value). Lender pays invoice from Livestock Market or Dealer directly with you paying any shortfall.
